Of course, that was last year that I painted two walls, but hey, now I have ART in a GALLERY wall over my bed! And I have pretty bedding! It's in the closet because my husband hates that the duvet won't stay put, but hey, I have it!
My original inspiration for this room was the large art print that I found on Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13184464773122257450noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1930089523713852761.post-59332003742586736552015-04-09T08:00:00.000-07:002015-04-09T08:00:03.637-07:00More room inspirationsNot to be outdone, the two little boys (ha, my youngest is 5 now!) asked for an army/camo/lego room. Their room has been painted bright yellow since we moved in, and they are so over it!
I wracked my brain trying to figure out how to marry Lego, which is all things bright and garish, and army/camo, which is anything but. I think we all need a breather once in a while from the pressures we put on ourselves.
I've been ruminating on a few ideas lately, mostly for the boys, since we haven't done a thing for their rooms since we moved into this house 3 years ago. Here is another piece I acquired over a year ago, via Craigslist. A cute, reproduction Queen Anne style cherry vanity.
Ok, so that's not a picture of the vanity. BUT, it is the bench that came with it! Have you see those new facebook sell/buy/trade groups? I belong to about four of them. 2 weeks ago, I ran across a free antique buffet on a Facebook group.
